Tony started in the Future Projects Department at Hatfield, working mainly on VTOL civil aircraft. He moved to BAe HQ before joining a startup in Cambridge that created the first viable 3D CAD system. After a period with PA and ADL Consultants, he worked on a series of GA aircraft initiatives within startups and the RAeS GA Committee to further the UK’s GA industry.

William flew many aircraft in the RAF including the Vulcan. He still taxis the conserved Vulcan at Southend Airport. He started the successful Cambridge Business Travel which he sold in 2016, and became CEO of e-Go Aeroplanes.

As FD and COO of Marshall Aerospace Group, Glen developed a deep knowledge of finance, laws and M&A in aerospace. In recent years he has helped a number of technology startups through funding and early growth.

Ansar has led several sports car companies - Lotus, Caterham, Zenos and McLaren Special Operations. He was originally an engineer with Ford, then obtained an MBA. He has held roles as a development engineer, finance manager, sales manager and CEO, and is now Director of Bentley Mulliner & Motorsport

Michael is a technology strategist. IBM and the Energy and Policy Institute gave him a wide ranging knowledge of business process management and the management of change required to reach zero-carbon. He publishes widely-read analyses of our zero-carbon future, especially transport. He assists several startups, with a focus on the electrical revolution.

Keith is an aeronautical engineer, test pilot and entrepreneur. He was Chief Test Pilot at Boscombe Down and BAE Systems. He trained test pilots (particularly in China) and led the testing of a new military trainer. He has also displayed historic aircraft at the Shuttleworth Collection.

Deepak operates a flightseeing, pilot training and air taxi business from the edge of London and imports electric aircraft. He now operates the only electric aircraft certified in Europe. He has flown hang gliders, has over 10000 hours as an instructor and has flown light aircraft across Europe and India

Shai is an educator, mentor and entrepreneur. He has spent many years running courses on entrepreneurship at both Cambridge and Cranfield Universities. In the course of this work he has mentored hundreds of startups.

David's extensive career in business development has included Philips Telecom, nCUBE and Alcatel Lucent.

Don Harris is Professor of Human Factors at Coventry University. He’s a leading expert in ergonomic cockpit design, advanced pilot interfaces and the human factors certification of civil aircraft.

Rob has spent his career in composite manufacture. He’s experience includes Lola Composites, e-Go aeroplanes and Sky-Light Composites. Recently he led the build of the record-breaking  Rolls Royce ACCEL electric aircraft.

Nicolas has extensive experience in aerodynamic analysis and wind tunnel testing in F1 and aircraft development.

Bernd leads Tulip Tech, a battery development team focusing on electric aircraft. They have developed and flown high energy battery systems for several products.
